1. Introduction

Welcome to The Re:Frame Menopause Method (“Program”), owned and operated by Symphony Nutrition, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By enrolling in, purchasing, or participating in the Program, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before participating.

2. Nature and Scope of Services

The purpose of this Program and any associated nutritional counseling services is to improve your health, vitality, and well-being through nutritional education, dietary strategies, and the use of natural foods and non-medicinal supplements.

• No Medical Diagnosis:

  The Nutrition Specialist, Linda Mench, MS, CNS, LDN, does not diagnose or treat disease or medical conditions.

• Professional Credentials:

  Linda Mench is a Board-Certified Nutrition Specialist and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist. She is not a Registered Dietitian, Naturopathic Doctor, or Medical Physician.

3. Collection and Confidentiality of Information

You may be asked to provide personal health, dietary, and lifestyle information to support your care plan.

• This information is collected solely for educational and wellness purposes.

• All information is maintained in strict confidence and will not be released without your written consent, except as required by law.

• You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting linda@symphonynutrition.com.

4. Health Responsibility and Medical Care

If any symptoms or concerns suggest an underlying condition, you will be advised to consult a licensed medical provider.

You agree not to alter or discontinue any prescribed medical treatments without consulting your prescribing provider.

5. Client Responsibilities

You affirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

You understand that any nutritional recommendations you choose to follow are voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

Symphony Nutrition, LLC and its practitioners are not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from your participation.

6. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

In consideration for your participation:

You voluntarily assume all risks to your health and agree to release and hold harmless Symphony Nutrition, LLC, The Re:Frame Menopause Method, and Linda Mench from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your participation, including injury or death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

7. Financial Terms

a. Individual Nutrition Counseling Sessions

• Payment is due prior to the session unless otherwise arranged.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Sessions canceled within 24 hours will be deducted from your package (first instance waived).

  • Unused sessions within a calendar month are forfeited.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in writing with 30 days’ notice.

b. Group Program Enrollment

• Refunds:

  • Cancellations made more than 3 days before the program start date are fully refundable.

  • Cancellations made 3 or more days of purchasing the program or after commencement are non-refundable.

c. Recurring Payments

By enrolling, you authorize our payment processor (Stripe) to store and charge your payment method according to your selected plan until completion or written cancellation.

d. Chargebacks

You agree to request a refund directly from us before initiating any chargeback.

In the event of a chargeback, all program access and bonuses will be revoked.

We reserve the right to present proof of service to your financial institution.

8. Dispute Resolution

You agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.

Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Non-Disparagement

You agree not to engage in slander, libel, or any online/offline statements that may harm the reputation of Symphony Nutrition, LLC or its programs.

Violation may result in termination of access and possible legal action.

10. Privacy Policy

a. Information We Collect

We may collect your:

• Name, email, phone number, and health-related intake data

• Payment information (processed securely via Stripe)

• Website activity (cookies, analytics, etc.)

b. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

• Deliver personalized nutrition education

• Maintain client records in compliance with HIPAA-aligned practices

• Process payments and manage your account

• Send educational or program-related communications

c. Data Protection

We employ secure electronic systems (e.g., Practice Better, Stripe) that meet or exceed industry standards for data encryption and privacy.

d. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information.

We may share limited data with trusted service providers solely to process payments or manage your account.

e. Your Rights

You may:

• Request to review or delete your data

• Withdraw consent for communications

• File a complaint if you believe your data has been mishandled

11. Intellectual Property

All materials, videos, guides, and handouts provided in The Re:Frame Menopause Method are the intellectual property of Symphony Nutrition, LLC.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce these materials without written permission.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Symphony Nutrition, LLC, superseding all prior communications.

13. Acknowledgment

By registering or continuing participation in The Re:Frame Menopause Method, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms herein.
