Why I Created RE·FRAME

I created RE·FRAME because I went through menopause the same way most women do—without education, without guidance, and without a clear place to turn.

I was told what I was feeling was “normal,” or “just stress,” or something to push through. There was no roadmap. No real explanation of what was happening in my body. And no space where it felt safe to ask the hard questions.

Now, as a postmenopausal woman, I’m only just beginning to fully understand how much changed—physically, emotionally, and metabolically.
